The blog “Muscle Can Be… Muscle Is… ” was created in 2014 to motivate and encourage women to become more active. I believe everyone, has a story to tell, and within their story lies potential motivation, encouragement, inspiration, or just a life lesson for someone else. With MCBMI, I chose to focus on interviewing women from various walks of life, sharing the commonality of activity as a driving force in their lives . My hope was that other women would read the interviews, something would resonate within allowing them to believe if these women could do it, they could too.
Over the past several years, MCBMI has gotten readers and views from all over the world, so now it’s time to take it up a notch! Being active is very important, but it is only one dimension of a truly healthy individual. To offer a more rounded healthier lifestyle package, I have changed MCBMI into a website. You will still get the amazing interviews from women, along with access to chats with them during my live chat interviews. It’s your time to engage with them and ask questions. I have included Recipe, Favorite Things, and Exercise tabs, to offer healthy recipe choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks; along with items I use for health and beauty, fitness, and misc. home goods for self care. I will provide exercise videos and explanations of proper form and finally, there will be a podcast on a broad range of lifestyle and health topics. So join the journey by following this site.
