As simple or as complicated as you like, breakfast is the first meal of the day for most. Derived of the two words break, and fast, the name appropriately describes the breaking of a fast occurring between the first meal of the day and the final meal of the previous night.
Breakfast honestly, is my favorite meal of the day for a few reasons, the main one being, the fun food choices. I will be posting several of my favorite recipes I have found on line, along with those from friends and MCBMI women! As a child, I always preferred pancakes to waffles, but as I have gotten older, my tastes have changed.
