Strength training is a very important component of fitness.Whether body weighted or weight barring, strength training helps improve, brain health, strengthens the immune system, increases bone density, improves cardiovascular health and the list goes on and on. There are so many benefits to strength training and so many ways to go about doing it that it should become a staple part of most everyone’s lifestyle.
On this page, I will be posting strength training video for the entire body, for all levels. I will break down the exercises and offer stages for beginner to advanced with explanations and verbal ques on proper form. Form is the most important focal point of strength training because poor form leads to minimal results and potential injury.
